Creating a PDF from Adobe Photoshop

  1. Under the File menu, select Save as
  2. A Save as menu will appear:

    • The Save in option is the folder in which your PDF file will be created. Be sure you know where this folder is located because you will need to navigate to it when uploading the file or burning a CD.
    • Choose a file name, or leave it the same as your Photoshop document.
  3. Click on Save.
  4. The following menu will appear:

    • Use JPEG encoding with a Quality setting of 10 (Maximum)
  5. Click on OK. Your PDF file will be created.
  6. Open the PDF file in Acrobat and check for reflow, correct graphic placement, etc.
