Microsoft Word (Mac)Full colour printing uses cyan, magenta, yellow and black inks to create a full spectrum of colour. InstructionsBecause Microsoft Word is not a Commercial Print application, various issues can arise. To minimize these issues and their associated costs, you must create a PostScript file. This process locks all fonts, images, and formatting information into one file. Before creating the PostScript file, ensure bleeds are added, and images are the correct resolution. Docuprint will create a Press Optimized PDF from this PostScript file, or if you have Acrobat Distiller you may create the PDF yourself by following the PDF from PostScript instructions. There are two FREE pdf makers that are great if you do not have the full version of Adobe Acrobat. Click on the links below to download them and you will be making high quality pdf's in around 5 minutes or so. My favourite is PDF Factory, the free version adds a watermark at the bottom of the page but don't worry about it as we can get rid of it for you. Just be sure to remind us it's there. |
